Description   The TPS X1 floor preparation machine is the ideal machine for grinding and polishing concrete floors in residential applications. This versatile machine will grind, hone, and polish all stone and concrete floors in the tightest of spaces. The concrete grinder weighs 400 LBS dry and comes with an additional 50 lb weight. When used wet, the 8 gallon water reservoir will supply ample water to the working surface and when full will add 67 lbs of additional weight. Wet or dry the Total Polishing Systems X1 Floor Preparation Machine will get the job done. The X1 is extremely stable and easy to control, no need to wrestle with the machine when grinding or removing coatings. The gear driven floating heads allow the diamond tooling to conform to high and low spots in floor surfaces. Solid steel gear construction will provide years of worry free operation. The 180 degree fully adjustable handle allows you to maneuver around small areas and folds down for transport and storage. The X1 is powered by a 220 volt 5 hp industrial motor which is controlled by an online phase converter and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) allowing for 220 volt, single phase use and variable speed settings from 0 - 1500 rpm. The water delivery system is controlled by an adjustable thumb operated toggle for ease of use on the go. High impact plastic shrouds protect the motor from damage. Fully adjustable leveling system allows diamond tooling of different heights or thicknesses to be adjusted for proper uniform floor contact.The anti marking wheels protect your floor from wheel marks. It has an 8 gallon molded high impact plastic water tank with integrated debris screen. 4 removable solid steel handles screw into place for easy lifting and securing into your trailer with cargo straps. Triangular diamond plate design achieves cross diamond grinding for a clean and uniform scratch pattern. Additional triangular Velcro pad drivers are included to allow the use of ANY Velcro backed diamond tool in 3" 4" and 5" sizes. The TPS floor grinder and polisher is a highly desired machine for all aspects of surface preparation.
