Description   Complete entry level "turn key" planetary concrete polishing kit. This system includes the 18" XSP18 planetary polisher, Pullman-Ermator concrete vacuum and a complete diamond accessory set! Everything is included with package to immediately begin polishing and grinding concrete floors upon delivery. The XSP18 planetary concrete grinder has been manufactured with a hardened steel planetary gear set for long service life with minimal down time.  The XSP18's main body separates from the planetary head assembly for easy storage and transportation. Grind and polish using common, non-proprietary diamond grinding heads and accessories. For surface preparation, the XSP18K includes 9 PCD floor scrapers for removing coatings and exposing aggregate as well a 9 each 20 grit, 36 grit, 80 grit and 120 grit metal bond diamond grinding heads. Polishing the concrete to a high shine is done with the 63 dry concrete polishing pads included with this package. The dry polishing pads set contains 9 each 50 grit, 100 grit, 200 grit, 400 grit, 800 grit 1500 grit and 3000 grit 3" Dry polishing "pucks". These dry concrete floor polishing pads use advanced resin hybrid formulation together with advanced plastics technology. "Burn marks" and other common issues with dry diamond pads are eliminated with this new technology. The XSP18 is equipped with a 6 gallon water reservoir to supply ample water in wet polishing and grinding applications. Using the XSP18 for dustless dry grinding and polishing of concrete can be achieved by attaching the Pullman-Ermator S1300 concrete vacuum included with the package to the dust extraction port built into the machine.      The Pullman-Ermator S1300 HEPA dust collector is used for recovery of almost any kind of dust or debris. A large pleated cartridge and a tested and certified HEPA filter provides superior filter efficiency for a wide variety of pick-up applications. Equipped Jet Pulse for effective filter cleaning and disposal into a single 15 liter plastic recovery/disposal bag. The S1300 Dust Collector's compact, stable, easy-to-move dolly and built-in electrical outlet makes this a popular choice to work with power hand-held tools, and as a rental unit.
